As soon as you enter the house on the ground floor we find a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Downstairs we find a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs we find a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. To complete the property there are smart TVs with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO (archive with over 1000 films and TV series in different languages), free fiber optic WIFI (very fast), air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee capsules, table and iron, excellent quality upholstery and furniture.

Excellent stay in Rome but I received incorrect addresses from you that caused a problem finding it .For a start it is not the Orsini Palace and it is not in the Piazza Di Monte Savello .

Great Apartment

Apartment was exactly as listed. Bedroom and bathroom up, living room on the main level, and kitchen downstairs. Overall, it was an excellent unit. Very comfortable and safe. Location was ideal for walking to most sites, going out for dinners, shopping and local buses. Hosts were very quick to answer questions.

Many problems with the apartment. Organized a pickup at the airport through the property manager but they never showed up. Waited 1 hour for pickup plus another hour for a taxi. Some furniture so bad it should be thrown away. Coffee machine not working. Sinks blocked. Problems with hot water. Property Manager was helpful however.

Beau sejour à Rome, appartement bien placé et sécurisé avec proximité de transports en communs. Cependant l appartement na pas de fenetres vraiment exterieur, la cuisine est en sous sol sans fenêtres mais nous ne l avons pas utilisé ! Pas de volets et l emplacement est assez bruyants (bcp de sirenes d ambulance).La literie du clic clac est assez mou mais pour 4 jours c etait bien, l appartement etait propre avec serviettes et produits pour la douche a disposition. Un peu cher pour les prestations proposées, mais nous avons passe un bon séjour.
