There is seating facing the big patio doors that lead to a wonderful enclosed Courtyard, and a downstairs toilet is off this room. Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms; one king-size two doubles and a main bathroom, on the top floor is a large bedroom that is a double bed with en suite.Downstairs enjoy the range of books and games.
