Located in an old building completely renovated, the apartment is less than five minutes' walk from the LAS VENTAS BULLRING, Francisco Silvela Avenue, Manuel Becerra Square and Alcalá or Goya streets. An excellent location for residents and visitors as it is a highly valued area, very well connected by metro and bus (L2 and L5), full of services such as pharmacies, shops, gyms, market and a great hospitality offering where you can find typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces.

It comprises 95m2 distributed in a spacious kitchen with dining area at the entrance and an adjoining living room, as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double and one individual. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a second complete bathroom.
The apartment has been decorated and furnished with the latest design trends, seeking maximum comfort for its occupants, with good quality furniture and mattresses that will make any stay very pleasant and welcoming.
Equipped with all amenities in appliances, it has air conditioning throughout the property, central heating and internet.
The building has a ramp to climb stairs and access the lift.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
