Great Ocean View Bungalow, is a totally new property, located in a totally new residential complex, called Arena Negra II.
Our property is oriented to the west, so we enjoy a sunset every day of the year, in addition to the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera.
We offer a special place, lovingly decorated to create a place of rest and hedonism, with unique views.
Our property is an oasis of tranquility with all the necessary comforts to spend a special vacation in a unique place in Tenerife.
Our residential complex has a swimming pool, solarium and security 24 hours a day.

Very well connected residential area 4 minutes walk from Mercadona and 8 minutes from Lidl and Puerto Santiago. Nearby we also have restaurants and shops, as well as a 10-minute walk from Playa la Arena.
If we are not going to move around the island, walking you can get everywhere.
If we are going to enjoy the island, we have a private garage so the rental car is a very good idea;)
The area from Puerto Santiago to Los Gigantes has one of the best climates in the world with an average of 310 days of sunshine a year;)
We have to drive towards Los Gigantes and just when we get to the new Mercadona, we will turn down until we reach the garage entrance that is just after the right-hand bend.
