Huge deck with sectional sofa, table, seating and BBQ. You will love staying at Las Palmas with multiple pools, splash pad, water slides, pickleball, basketball, playgrounds and other activities. Mountain biking and hiking trails just a few blocks away (Bear Claw Poppy, Barrel, Zen, Stucki Springs and other Trails all nearby). Great location to stay and see area State and National Parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Sate Park. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly. Everything was very clean and well kept. The children loved the bunk bedroom and everyone enjoyed the large patio area with a couch outside there, and table to sit at. The beds and the living room couches were extremely comfortable. And the grown-ups enjoyed the large walk-in shower by the master bedroom. It was a wonderful place to stay!

The view there from the balcony is very nice. We were on the second floor and it was nice to have access to an elevator to take stuff up. It was also nice to have good access to tv stations. Thanks for a nice place to stay
