Toh Ha Spa, 3 Bedroom Spacious home with Private Cenote, 5 mins drive to beach!

TOH HA SPA is a spacious open plan home built on a 10,000 m2 (2.5 aches) walled property which an electric gate entrance. Three large bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, enables the privacy and comfort to enjoy this beautiful home. Open outside spaces provides areas to relax and enjoy your stay in this unique jungle paradise.

Toh Ha Spa has a very unique feature:-It has it's own private Cenote or natural swimming pool. You enter the water via a staircase that takes you down underground into a cave where you'll see rock formations like Stalactites that have been there for thousands of years. You enter the water via wooden steps that take you to the waters edge. The water is filtered through a bio-filter system that seeps down through a variation of rocks, minerals and plants creating a natural swimming pool. It is recommended that you enter the water with water shoes.

The Cenote is a natural water pool that is ever-changing. With the rain the water becomes cloudy and not clear so less inviting to swim in. The photos taken for this listing were taken when the cenote was looking as it's best and had just been cleaned with machinery. Factors like rain and water levels and circulation cause changes in the color of the water so please take this in to consideration.

A massive open plan kitchen and dinning room separated by a peninsular bar with bar stools, creates a large social space to enjoy your time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you need to cook up a banquet, Christmas dinner or have the luxury of a private chef cook for you. A private chef can be pre-arranged for you with sufficient advance notice.

The Master suite has a King size floating bed with a mini split air conditioner and full black out blinds. It has its own access to the outside terrace area. It has a large bay window with a cushioned seating area. Beyond the large bedroom there is a walk in closet with double vanity unit. Beyond that you'll find a luxurious shower and wc.

Bedroom number two has 2x twin beds and 1 double bed. There is also a pull out double trundle bed so this room can sleep up to 6 people. It is fully air conditioned with a mini split. Black out blinds ensure a fully dark room and can be opened to enjoy the large bay window seating areas (there are two) with view to the cenote and garden area. It has a large closet area, single vanity. The private bathroom has a shower and wc.

Bedroom number three, with a queen size bed, is up the spiral staircase to the second level of the house. Passing through the office area it boasts it's own large private balcony. Black out blinds, mini split air conditioning and it's own mini kitchen with fridge, create an independent studio and privacy (if wanted) from the rest of the house. This room also has it's own exterior access. In the bathroom you'll find the vanity area, wc and a shower.

Book your own private massage, facial, manicure or pedicure. These services can be prearranged for you, at an additional cost and with sufficient advance notice.

For your entertainment downstairs in the living area, there is a projector with a drop down 150 inch screen to give you a cinema size movie experience. You connect your own personal laptop via the HDMI cable to the projector to watch your subscribed entertainment like, HBO or Netflix. There are no TV channels provided with this system. Please note NB!! You connect to your preferred viewing channels on your own device (laptop computer) which connects to the projector provided. An adapter for USBC is provided with an HDMI and USB port if needed. The HDMI cable is provided.

The Master Bedroom has a large flatscreen TV. The other two bedrooms do not have TV’s. You will need to sign in to your Netflix/HBO/Disney/YouTube account to view your channels.

Fibre optic Wifi is strong and fast throughout the house, giving you a minimum of 30mbs 24 hours a day.

Located on private 2 and a half acre estate of walled garden, with an electric gate entrance, this unique jungle property has it's own private cenote. The gardens that surround the Toh Ha Spa are a host to many rare plants including orchids, papaya, fruit trees and many other fragrant plants. There is a Koi pond containing around 30 Koi fish and a water-plant pond containing many water lilies, night blooming lilies, lotus flowers and water hyacinths.

There is a trail around my property for walks. Some kind of trainer or closed shoe is recommended for this trail walk. Its a private trail within my property perimeter wall that takes you on a windy path to the Koi Fish pond.

Transport from the airport and car rental can be prearranged for you with sufficient advance notice and have an additional cost.

On site there is an apartment occupied by the owner and her quiet dogs. This apartment has it's own separate access. It's close enough for you to reach out if you need anything but tucked away so that you don't notice anyone else living on the property.

IT IS SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A RENTAL CAR. THERE ARE NO SHOPS OR RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
