About this property
Signoria Florentine Apartment
The Signoria Florentine Apartment is a charming apartment located on the third floor of a historic building on via dei Magazzini. The building does not have an elevator, and the street name references the warehouses of Florentine merchants that existed on the ground floor of the Badia Fiorentina complex in the sixteenth century. The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a comfortable place to call home while exploring the city.
Upon entering, you will find the living room with plenty of natural light, a sofa, a dining table, and a TV (with a Firestick). To the right is the bathroom with a shower and a brand new washing machine, while the bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a window facing via dei Magazzini is on the left. On the other side of the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials for preparing meals and access to a small terrace, perfect for enjoying meals or a glass of wine.
The Access to the apartment is from the third and last floor of the building. Despite being located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, the place is quiet. The living room has heating and air conditioning enough to provide comfort in the entire apartment.

Excellent location, close to everything you would want. Smooth check in, nice living room, (quiet street but may be different in summer). Small but nice kitchen. Perfect for 1-2 people. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
The apartment had everything I needed, including basic kitchen items for an evening in. The host was very responsive and check in was smooth! Thanks for a great stay.
Cesare was very informative. It help so much to have someone to help us. Sugestion may be a larger coffee machine would be great and kitchen rags would be useful as well
Amazing apartment. Well appointed…hair dryer, iron, extra detergent pods. Manager met us quickly and pointed out all the apartment features. Recommended several restaurants in the area that were all really good. Our only complaint is the noise from some drunk American students on spring break. Nothing the apartment can do about that. The small street can get loud just from a few people. Other than the potential for noise, great location and great apartment.
