Villa Kikay is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom villa that is centrally located in the much loved resort of Matagorda, just 550 yards to the beach. The property is a perfect choice if you don't want to hire a car! All the resort amenities including the beach, shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Back at the villa, you can enjoy a private swimming pool, stylish furnishings and beautiful decor inside and out - a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday! Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.
Villa Kikay is in a brilliant location! Being just opposite the Beatriz Hotel, this semi-detached property is a 10 minute walk to the commercial centre of Matagorda and the beach. There are plenty of fantastic shops, bars and restaurants to choose from! The lively resort of Puerto del Carmen and its Strip, where you will find a huge choice of shops and places to eat, is only a 5 minute drive away.
