Ground floor apartment in a recently renovated building. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a shower bathroom and kitchen-living room. The apartment is located in Alcamo Marina, a few steps from the golden sand beach. We also provide a private covered parking space for one car, where you will find both a convenient BBQ for your grilling and an external shower useful when returning from the beach. The house's location allows movement in all directions as it is about 6 km from the motorway exit. 3 km west you can visit Castellammare Del Golfo, 12 km Scopello with its fantastic small coves, 50 km San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani, 60 km Marsala. Towards East you will find the beautiful village of Balestrate, 25 km the famous and characteristic "Borgo dei Parrini" in Partinico, 65 km the city of Palermo.
