Wonderful design apartment with terrace, garden views and shared pool. Located in the exclusive Brisas del Arenal residence, it offers a community pool with lawn. It is ideally situated in the heart of Arenal de Jávea, close to all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.



Accommodation

This comfortable, cosy and bright apartment has 105 m² and is decorated with exquisite design and features an air conditioning and heating system through ducts in all rooms. The property has 2 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and is located next to a second bathroom with a shower. The rest of the space is on the same level and offers a modern independent fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious living-dining room has a beautiful glass table with chairs and a comfortable single sofa bed. Smart TV with panoramic screen and internet, with double doors giving access to the 15m² terrace. On this terrace with views of the pool and garden, you can enjoy an outdoor dining table and a chill out area with a sofa.

In the common areas, you can enjoy a landscaped area with an outdoor shower and two pools, one for adults and another for children with low depth.

Situation

The accommodation is located just 2 minutes walking from Arenal Beach and is surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and all services. In addition, it is located just 2 km from Montañar Beach. It is also just 3 km from Jávea's Old Town and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius. The nearest airport is Alicante airport, which is 99 km away.

Apartment had all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay, excellent location 2 mins from the beach but in a quite location . Perfect for a shortlong stay. Clean , comfortable, great location .

A very nice apartment in a very well maintained community

The location of the apartment, the daily presence of a caretaker on the complex, the neatly maintained garden and clean swimming pool. The chairs in the dining area are actually due for replacement, but that is really the only thing. We had a wonderful holiday.

Excellent location

Excellent location - walking distance to the best beach in Javea. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff which communicated over WhatsApp. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and generously equipped, including a coffee machine a table with comfortable office chair if you like to work and travel. Lightning fast Internet as well. Tight parking spots for large cars. I would appreciate a map of the resort. It took a while to find trash bins, garage entrance (there are two and I thought the remote was broken), etc.
