This stylishly newly refurbished coastal home is the perfect getaway to escape the day to day and soak up the Cornish sea air whilst enjoying a soak in the Villeroy and Boch Luxurious Hot Tub whilst watching the waves crash in to Porth Island.
Literally a hop skip and a jump from Porth and 10 minute walk to Lusty Glaze Beach and 25 minutes to Watergate Bay. Stunning location and in a residential area for peace and quiet. The striking beaches of Newquay are all walkable along the beach during Low tide
After a day at the beach, walkable in 2-3 minutes from the house, kick back in the sun trapped private garden, soak up the Suns rays and enjoy the Luxurious Villeroy and Boch Hot Tub.
