Family sized Large 2 bedroom apartment, Loch Lomond

The apartment is only minutes from Balloch, a tourist area and the start of Loch Lomond. You can walk to Balloch and would take 30 mins, or 1 train stop to Balloch and only tkes 1.5 minutes on the train, or its literally a minute or two drive to Balloch and Loch Lomond.

Hi Elisa, I apologise that your stay was not to your satisfaction, I wish you had contacted me during your stay as some of your comments could have been resolved at the time. I think to call the building dirty and run down is unfair, it is over a hundred years old and does not look shiny and new, there is a photo of the building on the property ad for you to see how the building looks before arrival. Regarding your comment about a smell and bad piping - I had a plumber check out the pipes and he advised everything was completely sound. I spoke with our cleaner and she advises that she emptied the bin as it is the first job she does, however I can only apologise if this was missed. I went to the flat to check everything out after I received this review and with regards to your comment about the foil on the oven tray I agree there was tin foil on the tray - not multiple layers as you stated, there was one sheet on it. With regards to bedroom furniture, the double room has a large set of chest of drawers and a small cupboard recess. The double bedroom has large built in wardrobe that is suffice for 4 people. I apologise there was no hangers, they get pinched all the time! if you had messaged me I would have brought you some round. I checked the pots after your comment and there is 4 pots of different sizes and a large frying pan there! One set of keys is always given out - that is why there is a keybox on the property, we wouldn' give every individual their own key.
