Spacious, clean and good location
The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager and the owner were super responsive. It does have lots of stairs though. It does not have AC and the bedrooms got quite hot even when the blinds were down, but the fans helped.
Nonetheless we had a wonderful time and definitely would stay there again.
Thank you, Karen.

AC is not the norm in Seattle, but summer temperatures have been breaking records the last two years. We have added more fans to help keep things cool. Simone and friends were marvelous guests.

I am a chef & culinary arts instructor. I am an award-winning advocate for sustainable food systems, a cookbook author and a mom. I love lard, goat cheese, farmers, fishers, cooks, poets and being an earthling. I adore travel, meeting people, exploring other cultures and history. This is our first listing with VRBO.
Why they chose this property
We love our home, we chose to live in this neighborhood because we are able to walk to work, the park, farmers markets and the vibrant and diverse city life is all around us, yet the house is quiet too. Our home is green built which reflects our values, trying to cherish the planet.
What makes this property unique
The stunning views from our home remind us why we chose Seattle to call home. We have lived in the city for over 25 years. The kitchen is the centerpiece of our home, as I am a chef by profession, this space is open and welcoming, allowing our guests and friends to enjoy each other's company while the meals are being prepared.
