The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of a second-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with en-suite, third-floor double, and third-floor twin, serviced by a third-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, (please check with owner about availability of a second space), and shared access to the cafe's garden. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a central West Yorkshire base at Piccadilly View. Note: There are lots of steep stairs in the home, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; children must also be supervised. Note: Dogs must be kept downstairs in a pen. Note: External access is quite uneven, and through a narrow, cobbled alleyway; please be careful. Note: The ceiling is sloped in the twin bedroom.
