Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms and a WC, located in a resort with a communal pool close to the Hilton Hotel and golf courses. The main bedroom is located on the top floor with a private bathroom and direct access to a fabulous balcony. On the ground floor you will also find a pleasant enclosed outdoor area with a barbecue and with direct access to the open plan lounge and kitchen area. It has its own outdoor private parking space.
