It's also good to know that the air conditioning and weekly linen change met your expectations. Regarding the pool parasol, while we repaired it promptly, the windy conditions made it challenging to use. Please note that there are alternative areas around the villa that provide shade, but we'll also consider more robust solutions to ensure sufficient shade in the future. As for the Wi-Fi, you were informed beforehand about the scheduled network maintenance in the area. This was beyond our control, but we understand the inconvenience it caused. I'd like to note that we have worked extensively from the villa, including using video calls, and have not experienced issues with the Wi-Fi under normal circumstances. I'd also like to clarify that beach equipment, such as parasols and coolers, is not advertised as part of the amenities provided. While we understand the convenience of having these items, they are not included in our offerings. Your comments about the kitchen supplies are noted. We will be adding more kitchenware to better accommodate larger groups in the future. However, we were disappointed to find that the villa was left very dirty, requiring extensive cleaning. Additionally, I was informed that there was rudeness towards the management company. We take this seriously, as respectful communication is essential from all parties.
