Located in the heart of Tuscany just a few kilometres from “Chiantishire”, the Valdarno, the Casentino National Park and Florence, the villa is the perfect retreat for couples and honeymooners. The villa is only 3 km from the nearest shops and restaurants and 30 km from Florence with its many attractions. It is also well located for exploring other cities in the area such as Arezzo, Siena, and San Gimignano.

Villa Ranuncolo (130 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the lower floor, you will find a wellness area (with steam bath, jacuzzi and shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities).

On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed, air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
