Waking up and walking barefoot to the beach for a swim is now possible at Villa Arena.<br>A villa located right on Arenal d’en Castell Beach, in northern Menorca. A spectacular white-sand beach, very family-friendly, and ideal for children. Arenal d’en Castell Beach is a cove in northern Menorca that, despite being in an urban area, is one of the most beautiful.<br>It has two floors, with two bedrooms per floor and their respective bathrooms. Each floor features a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The kitchen is on the ground floor. The two floors are connected via an outdoor passageway. <br><br>The ground floor has direct access to the garden, and from there you can walk straight down to the beach.<br><br>The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living-dining room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.<br><br>On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one full and one half), and a living room. All furniture and linens are new and of high quality.<br>The house has air conditioning on both floors.<br><br>Additional amenities include a fireplace on the ground floor for the winter months, a two-person hard-shell kayak available to our guests, and toys and books for children. <br><br>Located in the municipality of Es Mercadal, it’s in the centre of the island and offers endless possibilities. It’s a perfect and very safe beach. In fact, it’s one of the best coves in Menorca for families with children, with all amenities right on the beach. The fact that it’s an urban beach doesn’t detract from its charm at all. At Arenal d’en Castell, you can enjoy a spacious beach with crystal-clear, clean, shallow waters that are just the right temperature.<br><br>Arenal den Castell Beach is characterised by its nearly circular, shell-shaped form flanked by imposing cliffs, which protect it from strong waves and allow for peaceful and safe swimming. Except on days when the north wind blows, it’s a true natural swimming pool.<br><br>The house is a recent acquisition that has been completely renovated.<br>At the top of the driveway leading to the villa, there is a private parking space exclusively for the villa, with room for one car, although parking in the surrounding area is also no problem.
