The 26m2 space includes a double bed in the main living area and a private garden that you can enjoy the sunny weather in Berlin. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Studio is next to Metro Bismarckstr. that can bring you easily to reach Charlottenburg Palace, Kudamm shopping mall and Berlin zoo.

Apartment is nice; city is great; communication with owner was not good. TV was not functioning well and we reported this. Owner asked pictures of TV and remote control. We provided several pictures on second day, and then.. silence. No reaction AT ALL! We asked several times, but nothing. Even no sorry.

A hole or storage room

Almost 24h without any answer from one of the people whom I had spoken to prior to the day of arrival, which could have implied not being able to enter the apartment aonde whole night; there was no light at the doorway, which was where the washing machine, ironboard, etc, were; the table and chairs outside were filthy; very simple area to hang clothes, and very dubious pictures on the wall (2 different young women in very unnatural poses for a "design studio", as it is called. It would be no surprise to find them in a calendar on the walls of a garage); and more expensive than another I found afterwards, which was incomparably better.

Commentaire : Bon appartement, bien situé. A notertoutefois: Le code a entrer sur la boite dans la rue difficilement lisible de nuit. La lumiere dans l'entree de l'appartement ne marche pas, tres difficile de taper un code 6 6 chiffres sur la porte dans ces conditions.. La cafetiere nespresso ne marchait pas avec la capsule.
