Stunning panoramic views from this countryside location near to the historic village of Pluckley. The property has been contemporarily converted into a single-level modern living space with good size rooms and quality fixtures and furnishings. There is a patio area with outside seating and a small fenced garden area for your use. Private off road parking is also available next to the cottage for 2 cars.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped including a breakfast bar, dishwasher, double ovens and a dining table for 4. The lounge catches the views spectacularly with comfortable seating for 4, TV with DVD player and access out to a private terrace with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom includes twin single beds, generous hanging space and a further TV. The large shower-room features a shower, basin and WC.
This location is perfect for those wanting to escape the busy world, beautiful walks can be found in many directions. Ashford’s High Speed, (38 minutes) train station to London is a 15 minute drive. There is the Black Horse Pub within walking distance in Pluckley village itself (be sure to pre-book!) and a choice of other pubs in nearby villages; The Rose and Crown at Mundy Bois, The Swan at Little Chart and The George at Egerton. Leeds Castle is under 20 minutes and Ashford’s Designer Outlet around the same in the other direction. There are plenty of quaint country villages to explore in this area, the towns of Maidstone, Tenterden and Ashford are all within easy reach with their amenities and connections to London and the continent.
