About this property

La Clusaz, 7-person duplex apartment, quiet location, 7-minute walk to ski slopes

In a typical chalet Haute Savoie, we offer our apartment for 7 people in duplex of 75 m², equipped for family holidays and relaxing.

The family occupying the apartment part of the year, every comfort is there to make you feel at home. The equipment is simple but functional.

Upstairs:
2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twin beds)
1 bathroom with WC
1 landing with sofa.

Ground input:
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 3 January to recreate a double bed if required.
1 kitchen with oven, refrigerator, washing machine dishes.
1 living room with dining area and lounge area with TV.
1 shower room with toilet.

On the same floor, and a south-facing terrace with loungers, chairs and dining table.

The apartment is on the first floor of a chalet with 4 units each belonging to a different owner.
Access is via stairs not suitable for wheelchair users.

Around the cottage, the land willingly welcoming snowmen and snowball fights ...

The chalet is among other typical private property and you will be good in peace!

On the ground floor you will find a ski room, and in front of the cottage, a large parking area reserved for 3 chalets.
These cottages are on a private road in cul de sac, parking is always free places.
We also have a garage available.

You can leave the car in the parking lot all week and down to the village by bus (stop down the road) or the gondola of the rink (7 mins walk from the cottage).
The tracks are at the same location as the gondola, you access via a private road that starts from below the car park.

Once at the cottage, you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains of Merdassier and Beauregard.

Le chalet est un chalet familial, bien équipé, notamment cuisine et vaisselle, déco tres chalet de montagne, un peu rustique, mais propre et bien entretenu. Bien situé, facile d'accès, literie en bon état. Les propriétaires sont tres serviables, soucieux de bien recevoir.

Habitués au centre ville de la Clusaz, nous avons adoré nous retrouver un peu plus loin! La vue est superbe, le centre accessible en 10-15 minutes de marche, chalet très bien équipé avec grande terrasse, c’est top!

Une station de ski très agréable : beaucoup de pistes, très variées, un paysage magnifique (spécialement la vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis le col de Balme...). Un appartement fonctionnel, bien adapté à une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis car en duplex et avec deux sdb. Lumineux, belles vues reposantes sur les montagnes, au calme. Proximité des pistes réelle (5/10 min à pied) par les rues à l'arrière du chalet. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Appartement bien fonctionnel et assez grand pour 6 personnes. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Seul inconvénient la fréquence des navettes est trop faible et ce n'est pas facile d"aller au centre village en bus ou à pied. Par contre pour le départ ski de piste très bien situé.

An outstanding host. A charming apartment in a beautiful setting. Perfect position for skiing holida

The photos say it all. "La Bise" is a lovely traditional apartment in a chalet. The surrounding views are breathtaking from each window. Relaxing in the sitting room or on the large south facing balcony you can watch endlessly those skiing on the mountain and the night time lights on the distant pistes as they are being prepared for the following day. The apartment is very well located. Not far from the centre of La Clusaz. 5 mins by car or there are routes on foot/by skiing down. Conveniently positioned in all respects. La Bise is in a very peaceful location. In our view-the best position in La Clusaz for a ski holiday. The accomodation is spacious, most comfortable and extremely well equipped. What made our stay even more special was Virginie, our host. From word go, she was so considerate and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I wish we could have met her in person. We have of course thanked her but words aren't enough. She is a gem. What a lovely time we had in Apartment La Bise. A lot if this was down to Virginie herself.

vraiment gâtés cette année, ski tous les jours dans de belles conditions ... nous avons découvert SKIFUN, magasin repris par un couple adorable ... reservez chez eux, ils sont au top !! La clusaz inove aussi au niveau pistes, de plus en plus en de possibilités (boarder cross, bosses, nouvelle piste noire ... sans parler de tout ce qui est autre que le ski de piste !) Dans l'appartement, nous avons fait poser du parquet, bien plus agréable !

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux. Une cuisine très bien équipée (nombreux ustensiles). De grandes chambres ; notre fille a pu s'isoler pour travailler sur un vrai bureau. Couloir d’accès aux deux appartements du palier (fermé à clé) très pratique pour s'équiper pour le ski et stocker les chaussures. L'accès aux pistes nécessite un peu de marche qui n'a pas posé de problème à nos grands ados. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire très disponible. On reviendra volontiers !

Chalet familial tres confortable et tres bien situe

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine avec nos 4 enfants dans ce chalet vaste et très confortable (cuisine très bien équipee, 2 wc, 2 sdb) .Il possede egalement un local a skis . Le chalet se situe a 5 min a pied d'une piste qui donne un accès rapide a l 'ensemble de ce vaste domaine skiable .Il y a également la possibilité d 'y déposer un enfant a l'ESF qui a une annexe sur cette piste , ce qui est très pratique. IDEAL pour profiter du ski et de sa famille.

Appartement très agréable !

Appartement très agréable, qui bénéficie d'une jolie vue et d'une bonne exposition. Bon niveau de confort et d'équipement. Situé légèrement au dessus du village, et il est installé au milieu d'autres chalets, dans une zone calme. Compte tenu d'un enneigement un peu faible pour la saison, il nous fallait marcher environ 200 mètres pour rejoindre les pistes, ce qui se faisait facilement. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes et vivifiantes !

Très belles vacances entre amis

Chalet bien situé, au calme et spacieux ce qui nous a permis de passer des vacances sympathiques avec nos amis. L' appartement est bien équipé, la surface des chambres, de l'espace de vie et la présence de deux salles de bains permettent de se sentir à l'aise nous étions 4 adultes et 3 adolescents L' accès au piste est possible à pied assez rapidement et le retour se fait effectivement ski au pied, pour les débutants la navette passe à 50m du chalet. Appreciation générale excellente. Le contact avec la propriétaire est optimal

Chalet avec une belle vue sur la montagne

Chalet sur la route du col des Aravis, avec une belle vue du balcon sur la montagne. Balcon bien ensoleillé. Situé à la sortie de la Clusaz mais desservit par une navette à deux pas, on est au village en 5 minutes environ. Chalet comprenant tout le nécessaire en vaisselle et ustensile - une petite salle d'eau (wc-lave mains - une douche) mais bien pratique. Nous avons fait quelques suggestions aux propriétaires qui devraient les prendre en compte. Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant et nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous avons passé une agréable semaine.
