About this property
Charming newly built Cotswold stone cottage.
A newly built Cotswold stone cottage located at the edge of Chadlington village, perfect for a family. It's a short walk to the local pub, butcher, village shop, cafe and Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm shop.
The cottage is located on a quiet private property as an annex to the main house with guest parking. The resident goats, chickens and peacocks make our guests feel very welcome.
Situated three miles from Chipping Norton and nine miles from both Soho Farmhouse in Great Tew and Daylesford Organic Farm in Kingham.
The space
Spacious living room featuring an 82 inch smart tv. Both master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are equipped with super king beds and TVs with en-suite bathrooms.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to roam the 10 acres of land the property is situated on. Morning walks up to the top field make a fun activity for blackberry picking during the season.
Other things to note
Items such as a cot, highchair, and baby walker can be provided upon request at no extra charge.
