Harry Eyre Cottage, a stunning location with fabulous views of Mam Tor
Harry Eyre Cottage is a super dog friendly gem in a beautiful location near Castleton. An ideal base for walking or sight-seeing in the Peaks this two bedroom (1 double, 1 twin), two bathroom cottage has its own private and secluded enclosed garden (perfect for dogs, max two pls!). The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need including a wood burning stove and excellent wi-fi. We are located a 15 minute walk from Castleton.
The space
Harry Eyre Cottage sleeps four. (Additionally Shippon Cottage, across the stable yard sleeps two in a four poster plus has a sofa bed should you be a group of 6-7.) Both cottages are set in an attractive Grade II listed farm/stable yard with private stables and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage is literally on the doorstep of the Lose Hill/Mam Tor walk - The Great Ridge, one of the most popular walks in the Peak District. Additionally we are 25 minutes from both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall and the charming market towns of Bakewell and Buxton.

Harry Eyre Cottage has its own garden, ideal for your dog(s) with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue. It is set in an attractive Grade II listed working private stable yard. On arrival your cottage key will be in the door and your cottage open and ready for you.

Maximum two dogs per cottage please. No puppies, young dogs, aggressive breeds or dogs in season please.
