Villa Splendida, private villa with pool, A/C near Montepulciano and Cortona

You will find yourself dreaming among vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages, in the heart of the Valdichiana. You will discover Villa Splendida in a panoramic position, immersed in the countryside, among cultivated fields that change colour with the seasons. Its proximity to ancient medieval villages rich in history, with shops and services of all kinds, make it the ideal accommodation if you wish to visit the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

The small village of Pozzo della Chiana is a 10-minute walk away, while you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the characteristic village of Foiano della Chiana, about 4 km away. A word of advice, spend a few hours for a walk and a coffee in the small but charming historic centre of Foiano, you will not be disappointed.

ACCOMMODATION: Two independent units of about 300 square meters each that can accommodate up to 18 people in 9 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms plus 2 persons in extra beds. Air conditioning (only in the bedrooms) and Wi-Fi are installed throughout both villas.

UNIT 1 (left building): Ground floor: large sitting room with fireplace divided by characteristic brick arches, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

First floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

UNIT 2 (right building): Pool floor: living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that share a large bathroom with shower. Interior staircase leading to the “garden floor”.

Garden floor: Living room with TV, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On this floor also has a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. Interior staircase leading to the “first floor”.

First floor: Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.

CHEF SERVICE: upon request at an extra cost, a chef can be hired to prepare in-villa dinners or cooking classes. Contact me for more information!

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: Another strong point of the villa, for days of complete relaxation, for your exclusive use, is the splendid large fenced swimming pool (size 6x12 meters, depth 1.10-2.20 meters) overlooking the surrounding valley. The scenery it will offer you will taste of unforgettable moments, perhaps in front of a breathtaking sunset.

Surrounding the house is a large enclosed park, shaded by tall trees, always perfectly maintained and full of flowers in every season; it will be perfect for your children to explore in perfect safety. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue available, excellent for your outdoor dinners in the cool summer air.
