The property
Welcome to this magnificent farm, where children can freely explore the enchanting and fully fenced property.
Immerse yourself in the wonders of nature as you wander among the working avocado orchard, also adorned with lemon, papaya, mango, orange, and nispero trees. Indulge in the pleasure of picking fresh, seasonal produce from the vegetable patch, and don't forget to meet the beloved brood of hens and cockerels.
Awaken to breathtaking sunrises and the melodic calls of the roosters, while discovering the treasures left by the hens for your breakfast.
Plus, enjoy the convenience of high-speed Wi-Fi, with speeds exceeding 60Mbps, available throughout the entire property.
The living space
The living space is divided between two houses.
The pool house features a double bedroom (150cm bed), a twin bedroom (two 90cm beds), a full-sized family bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and a living room with a kitchenette that can be utilised as a third bedroom, complete with a double sofa bed.
The second house boasts a spacious and fully equipped rustic kitchen, featuring a wooden dining table, a comfortable leather sofa, and a log-burning fire.
Additionally, you'll find an acoustic guitar and a cajón box drum, perfect for musical moments.

Private swimming pool
Take a refreshing dip in the expansive 70m2 swimming pool, where you can enjoy splashing around to your heart's content while taking in the breathtaking ocean views.
The pool has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.95 meters and is easily accessible from either side with convenient steps for entering and exiting.
The farm provides a true escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.
Guest access
You will have private access to the whole property and land.
However, we will need weekly access to the land to water the fruit trees and plants and tend to the chickens.
We will always coordinate with you in advance to ensure that these activities are carried out in a manner that respects your privacy and convenience.
Other things to note:
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive any time after 4pm and check yourself in.
Online check-in before arrival
All guests over the age of 18 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). Do not hesitate to write to us if you have any questions about it, we will be happy to give you more details.
Towels, bed linen and professional cleaning
The property is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.
We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom.
To request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message.
Mid-stay cleaning
Mid-stay cleaning is available on request at an additional cost. Send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Parking
Private parking is available on the property for a number of vehicles.
Families
We welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request so you can travel light and enjoy the comforts of home. The baby pack includes:

It's important to note that these cameras do not reach the swimming pool area and are not located anywhere within the interior of the property.

The local area - El Escobonal
Nestled in the welcoming village of El Escobonal, situated 350 m above sea level.
The village has a small supermarket and a few restaurants where you can eat simple local food at a good price.
El Escobonal is just 5km from the main highway so you can easily access both the south and north of the island.
