Cozy apartment in the Gianicolo area (the hill above Trastevere).
Among the most prestigious areas of Rome, 5 minutes walk from Villa Pamphili park, 1 km from the heart of Trastevere and 15 minutes by bus from Piazza Venezia.

The apartment is on the first floor with lift and consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The whole thing is completed by a 16 m2 terrace. where you can relax in the summer after a long day of hiking. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and latest generation double glazed windows.
The neighborhood is very quiet and private, away from the noise of the historic center but easily accessible.
Free Wifi throughout the house.
Renovated in May 2023

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is a great size, with everything you'd need inside and in a great location with easy access to nearby shops. Also, being based in Montverde it is within comfortable walking distance/ easy transport links to major attractions in the city. The walk down the hill offers stunning views or the city! Arturo offers great communication and a really smooth check-in/out process. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

The host, Arturo, was great. He was very helpful and informative. It is a nice quiet area with easy access to a bus stops and a train station. Nearby are various restaurant options, a minimart and a supermarket. We walked to many of the Rome tourist attractions but there are some hills and stairs on the routes. The apartment was well equipped.
