This former nurseryman's cottage (formerly a Potting Shed) has been lovingly renovated to create a peaceful holiday haven fully equipped for a restful stay. Nursery Cottage is an ideal Surrey Hills holiday retreat with numerous attractions, pubs and restaurants to visit locally and throughout the county.

On entering the cottage from the porch, a small hall can be found a shower room/WC. The kitchen/dining room, which leads off the hall, also has a snug area and benefits from a view over the garden. The living room has superb views out of the valley and benefits from a sliding patio door which leads out onto the terrace, where the hot tub can be found.

Upstairs is comprised of a principal double bedroom with an ensuite shower/WC. A second double bedroom can be found off the landing.

Externally can be found the wood-fired hot tub enclosed within a timber verandah as well as a well-maintained private garden. To the front of the property can be found a studio, suitable for either home working or pilates/yoga type activities.

Along with the luxury aspects, there are plenty of other features to the house such as hi-speed fibre WiFi, underfloor heating, washing machine tumble dryer, log burning fire, TVs, enclosed garden, outside furniture and more.
