Nice 1 bedroom bungalow, located in the area of 'El Portet', just 500 m. from the beach and 1.2 km. from the urban center. Very quiet place, in a small urbanization of 9 bungalows with a communal pool.

The bungalow, on one level, is made up of: a large front terrace, a glazed terrace, a living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with a 1.50m bed, and a large rear terrace with a shower and shed for the washing machine.

Wood stove in living room. Hot-cold air conditioning in the living room. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. Blinds in the bedroom and living room.

Optional: Sofa-bed for 1-2 children (not adults) and/or extra bed.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks; the day of arrival and departure is Saturday (entry after 4pm; departure before 10am.)
