About this property

The house of roses

A green and peaceful place among the olive trees and roses of the Trasimeno. Recently renovated independent apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed, if necessary a sofa bed to add another couple. In addition to a bathroom complete with a large shower, there is a small service bathroom with a washing machine for washing clothes, a large living room and kitchen and an adjacent garden. A 15-minute walk from the center of Passignano, in a suburban area but close to the station, post office and supermarket for every need.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment has got to be one of the best apartments you can stay in. Everything was perfect. Incredible friendly family and Franca is attentive, kind and always available to help. The apartment is very well kitted out with breakfast items available, drinks in the fridge, superb. Easy parking to the front. Lovely garden to relax in, bbq, lots of outdoor eating areas. Slide, swing for children. 12 minutes walk to a really nice village, with lots of restaurants. . Lake is 10 min walk down the road. Grocery shopping at a most friendly shop, Co-op, very kind staff. Railway station is 10 min walk, visit Florence, Assisi etc. (Buy digital tickets on line at Trainline). And YES I hope to visit again.

Es war sehr schön.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Franca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist total schön. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Garten. Franca war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns verwöhnt. Ich kann nur danke sagen und die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschön

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartment mit allem was man sich wünscht! Schöner Garten zum Entspannen. Nah an der Stadt und am Bahnhof. Von Passignano lassen sich viele Ausflüge planen, oder man bleibt einfach am See!
