Welcoming and attentive host and a lovely good sized property.

Great communication prior to our arrival and welcomed in person when we got there. We had a couple of issues that were mainly out of the hosts control, but I can't fault the speed at which he addressed and rectified our concerns. It is a charming property with various areas for both family time and some privacy.

Leider haben wir eine Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern gebucht bekommen haben wir eine Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und ein Wohnzimmer, das als Wohn-Schlaf und Essbereich diente. Zudem war das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer eine erholsames Nachtruhe war daher eher nicht möglich. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein und boten sehr wenig AufbewahrungsflĂ€che fĂŒr die Bekleidung.. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.. Dieses Objekt ist leider fĂŒr 9 Personen aus unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen meiner Meinung nach nicht geeigent

Entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und mit dem Pool hatten wir das i-TĂŒpchelchen an Luxus. Es ist alles vorhanden was einen Selbstversorger Urlaub angenehm macht. Die großzĂŒgige Terrasse mit eigenem Grill haben wir in den 14 Tagen sehr hĂ€ufig genutzt. Die Lage Costa del Silencio entsprach dem Namen. Es war sehr ruhig ohne StraßenlĂ€rm. Alles notwendige fĂŒr das tĂ€gliche Leben gibt es fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Nette Lokale und selbst ein kleiner gut sortierter Baumarkt sind in der NĂ€he. Las Galletas ist schnell zu erreichen, auch mit dem Bus. Die Vermieter (Belen und Emilio) sind sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank Euch beiden, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

GemĂŒtliches Haus mit Ambiente

Uns hat es gefallen, dass es sich um ein gerĂ€umiges Haus mit vielen Terrassenbereichen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend handelt. Leider war der Pool zu kalt(sollte 25 Grad sein) um nutzen zu können, allerdings ist dieser nach Norden ausgerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und wĂŒrden das Haus empfehlen. Emilio ist sehr freundlich.

Warmwasser, Poolheizung

Die Warmwasserversorgung ist schlecht; mam weiß nie, ob und wann man warm duschen kann! Von einem beheizten Pool kann man bei gemessenen 21 Grad Wassertemperatur kaum sprechen. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Einige Male haben wir keinen Parkplatz in der Calle Sirio gefunden.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Kinder (2 und 4) haben sich sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Unterkunft ist fĂŒr 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Wir hatten einer schöne Zeit.

Gorgeous place

We had a very pleasant stay in Tenerife and the house was perfect. Nice swimming pool, a huge dvd collection (the biggest I’ve ever seen!), many small amenities. We really couldn’t have asked more. The owner very kindly asked us permission to come sweep the patio because the strong winds brought some sand and he wanted it to be perfect. Leaving was heartbreaking :)

Great stay in Tenerife!!

The house is really clean with all the facilities, and Emilio is very nice and helfull. We were 12 in the house, and since it is well organized, there was enough space for everybody. We enjoyed our staynin Tenerife, with a nice weather and snorkeling in the ocean nearby the house (5 min walking distance).

Es war sehr schön. Ein ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Erwartungen bei der Auswahl des Ferienhauses wurden voll erfĂŒllt. Es lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert. Eine super BegrĂŒĂŸung des Vermieters mit toller Gastfreundschaft und es war alles bestens vorbereitet und organisiert. Wenn man auch spĂ€t oder an einem Sonntag anreist, können im Ort noch Lebensmittel ohne Probleme in den naheliegenden SupermĂ€rkten (Super Dino) zu Fuß erledigen werden. Eine BelĂ€stigung durch FluglĂ€rm haben wir nicht empfunden. Der Ort ist ansprechend und bietet viele Möglichkeiten wie spazieren, wandern, Restaurants und Bars, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
