Charming apartment with terrace within a green and quiet residential complex in Desenzano del Garda.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, TV, air conditioning and a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine.
From the living room guests can access the private terrace, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch in the open air.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed from which it is possible to extract another single bed to form a unique queen-size bed.
The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
Desenzano del Garda station is less than 10 minutes away by car, while Verona airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Wohnung ganz ok
Der Check In und Check out war sehr einfach genau so wie die Buchung selbst.Auch die Emails mit den Erklärungen und auch die Erklärung für die Tiefgarage war sehr einfach. Allerdings waren wir verwundert über die "Sauberkeit". Der Boden war nicht sauber (sahen wir an unserem kind das krabbelt) es gab lediglich einen Besen, kein staubsauger vor ort. Die küche war sehr verkalkt genau so wie die Dusche. Die schreiben waren nicht sauber, der Kühlschrank und Licht in der Küche funktionierten nicht. Daraufhin wurde der Anbieter kontaktiert und uns wurde gesagt, dass jeman kommt und es repariert-leider warteten wir vergebens drum.Der Gesamtaufentahlt war trotz den Umständen ok aber wir würden die Wohnungen nicht mehr buchen.
