The house was so beautiful and comfortable for all ages in the family… Such nice gestures from the host too. Already talking about when we can book it again!
Lovely spot. Our weekend was a bit daunted by a freak September Nor'easter, however, still had a great time. The views of the rough ocean form the kitchen and living room were very cool. The property is roomy and comfortable - definitely a great spot for a family vacation as well as just a ladies or couples weekend. The yard is spacious and there are a lot of restaurants only a short drive away. It is well appointed.
Beautiful home lovely neighborhood. The house was well stocked and very clean. There were so many spaces to hang out I’m not even sure we hit them all! Beautiful views and easy walking distance to beach, ice cream, and a great coffee shop. The new outdoor shower was delightful. Heather was easily reachable and responsive. What a perfect way to mark my parents birthday.
Beautiful beach house with everything you need which for us included a Pack-n-Play and booster seat for our 2 year old. Good size yard and playing game with the grandkids. The only thing that would improve this vacation home would be if they could control the weather. LOL
Great house with everything you need and more! We would definitely stay there again if going to Narragansett. Heather was so easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Excellent stay!

Thank you so much. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
We had a great family vacation with six adults and three teenagers. The private beach was perfect for our evening beach needs after spending the day at the state beaches nearby. The house was stocked with everything we would need and we all had plenty of space.
Our families had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was lovely and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, including great beach supplies and yard toys/games for the kids. The big yard was an added bonus, and the owners were very responsive and generous. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.
Plenty of room to spread out for two families (9 people total). The kitchen was well stocked with all manner of plates, cookware, glasses, etc. The deck was a great place for meals and relaxing with an expansive view. Easy walk to beach, house was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and beach toys (great for kids). Would absolutely return for another stay.
This is an amazing rental. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and the garage is full of beach items. The private beach for the neighborhood is very close (easily walking distance). The hosts are thoughtful with their welcome bag and how they decorated and stock the house. The living spaces were very clean. I would recommend this rental to everyone.

Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad you guys had a great stay at Sandpiper Hill!
I bought my family for our annual trip to Narragansett. The house was perfectly located. Walking distance to the beach and a short walk down the beach to the jetty and views of Point Judith Lighthouse. It was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. It was also very quiet. Short car ride into town as well.
