This comfortable 60 m² ground-floor apartment is part of a small, quiet two-storey residence. It features a south-facing wooden terrace and a private enclosed garden — perfect for outdoor meals with the barbecue provided. A small gate offers direct access to the beach path.

L'appartement est à quelques pas de la très belle plage de Sainte Marine et à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du charmant petit port de Sainte Marine. Il est situé au rdc dans une petite résidence qui permet de garder l'intimité. La place de parking privative est aussi au pied de l'email. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et tout était conformé à l'annonce avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et un très bon niveau de propreté.L'appartement offre des volumes suffisant pour une famille, et le petit jardin est entièrement clôturé et donc idéal pour les enfants. Mi août il y avait même des pommes à déguster ;)Merci pour l'accueil de Christine et Dominique. Au plaisir de revenir dans votre logement dans le cas d'une prochaine visite à Sainte Marine.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt nahe zum Strand. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was wir und unsere Kinder benötigt haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die Terrasse und der Garten. Christine und Dominique sind herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Le logement est très agréable, très propre et très bien agencé. Le jardin est un plus certain avec sa sortie pour se rendre sans voiture à la plage de Kermor qui est un délice. Merci à Christine et Dominique pour leur accueil et accompagnement lors du séjour. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain.

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der sauberen, gut ausgestatteten und gut gelegenen Wohnung, sie liegt nah am Strand, der auch für Kinder gut geeignet ist und der Ortskern ist schnell erreichbar. Dort gibt es alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht - eine Bäckerei, ein kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants.. wir hatten die Räder dabei und konnten sie gut nutzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nettund zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Petit appartement lumineux ,au calme ,proche de la plage et 800m du port ou 2/3km par le sentier côtier qui est magnifique! Très jolie région a visiter :promenades, la criée, visites de conserverie et bisuiterie Le tout dans un rayon d´une demi heure de route max ! Le festival des brodeuses le 1er week-end de juillet est a faire ! Des hôtes très sympas ,disponibles et de bons conseils

Logement idéal pour séjour Bretagne

Le logement était parfait, très bien situé tout près de la plage mais aussi tout près du charmant port de Sainte Marine et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et offrent un logement confortable et parfaitement équipé. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse plein sud qui permet de déjeuner dehors malgré le vent.

Super Ort um die Südbretagne zu bereisen.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, das Schlafzimmer/ Bett ist etwas klein, aber wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn man Fahrräder mitbringt, sollte man sich die Unterbringung garantieren lassen, den es ist nicht viel Platz für Räder vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, besonders die Nähe zum Strand. Im Ort Sainte-Marie kann man alles notwendige zum Essen einkaufen, auch auf dem Markt, einmal in der Woche, gibt es dort regionale Produkte. In Combrit ist ein größerer Supermarkt.

Emplacement parfait pour cet appartement très bien équipé. La plage est à moins de 5 mn à pied et idem pour le centre de Sainte Marine. La propriété est très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert. Sie sind sehr nett und haben einen kleinen Willkommensgruß bereit gehalten. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Der Strand ist wie aus dem Bilderbuch - malerisch und sehr schön! Ste Marine ist ein hübsches Örtchen mit Charme. Auch die Orte der Umgebung sind sehr sehenswert und von der Ferienwohnung aus gut zu erreichen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das Doppelbett, das für Personen über 1,80 Meter Größe sehr kurz ist mit einer schon recht durchgelegenen Matratze.

Gut ausgestattet, Strand (kinderfreundlich) sehr nah, man hört das Meer rauschen, auch wenn man es nicht sieht! Der kleine Garten und die Terrasse (mit Abendsonne) sind super. Sehr nette und zuverlässige Gastgeber. Für uns zwei ein perfektes Basiscamp für die Erkundung der Südbretagne.

Entre l'accueil des propriétaires vraiment charmants, le cadeau de bienvenue, l'appartement idéalement placé, très fonctionnel et très calme, nos vacances ont été parfaites. Cet appartement convient très bien a une personne en fauteuil roulant (plein pied, portes larges, WC dans la sdb, la douche est petite, mais avec un tabouret cela convient très bien. Bref, parfait !!

Nous pouvons recommander cet appartement, car il répond à tous les besoins. Rien ne manquait. L‘accueil de Dominique et Christine Bergot était très chaleureux. Perfect location for beach/sightseeing holiday

Nice flat with the added benefit of a small south-facing garden to relax at the end-of a busy day. Few of the other flats in the residence were occupied during our stay so it was quiet. Perfectly appointed with everything we needed. A bonus : a very powerful shower! Christine and her husband welcomed us although we arrived later than planned and greeted us with some local goodies well appreciated.

We are a family of 4 ; we live and work in north Finistère, not far from Roscoff, at about 100 km from Sainte Marine.

Why they chose this property

We come to Sainte Marine almost every week-end except in winter. My two sons my husband go sailing or surfing on Saturdays. 🏄🏻‍♂️

What makes this property unique

The flat is looking south, and it's a great location for exploring the area, everything within walking distance.
We immediately chose this garden flat in order to take profit of the small garden and terrace, much more pleasant than the first or second floor ones....
