This reverse-level lodge has a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a balcony, and three ground-floor bedrooms, including a double, and two twins, with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a shower room. Travel cot available on request. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, washing machine and a Smart TV with DVD player for entertainment. Outside there is a front, decked terrace with furniture, a balcony with furniture, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Shared use of estate grounds. You'll find a shop in 1.1 miles and a pub on-site. Escape to rural Cornwall at 42 Valley Lodge. .
