Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We cannot say enough positives about this rental. Taj and his team took fantastic care of our family. The location is ideal. A short 5 minute golf cart ride to the trading post. The condo has the perfect layout for a small family. The two twin beds slept our kids perfectly. The kitchen and living areas are also beyond ideal. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.

Paradise Found at Hualalai!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa 110C has a peaceful setting, spacious living spaces and conveniently located within the resort. Home was clean, bedrooms were separated by the dining/living area and worked well for our group. Luxury bed sheets, thoughtful amenities, and spacious lanai. Spa was our favorite and early morning coffee from the Trading Company is convenient and Private Homes manager was helpful and available if we had any questions. Definitely would recommend to friends/family and cannot wait to go back. Loved hiking and going to Waimea for Saturday Farmer's Markets. My favorite island by far and worth the weekend jaunt from O'ahu to "get away".

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit. MasterBath needs better ventilation and a blind in the toilet area. Didn't appreciate the housekeepers invading our privacy by coming in to drop off sheets, especially when we asked them not to after the first time. Wouldn't rent this villa from this company again

Tranquility and Proximity

Reviewer Comments: Ever since my wife and I had kids, we have avoided staying in studio style hotel rooms...we just preferred to have a kitchen and more space to relax when the kids went to sleep. My wife and I had been to Hualalai a few times before, but never with our we sought out to find a place where we could have space, but also utilize all the amenities at FS Hualalai. This Villa gave us everything we were looking for...the space we needed, the proximity to came with 2 golf carts for easy movement around the entire was also a very short walk to Hualalai Trading Company for morning coffee, lunch or snacks. It is a 1st floor unit, so we had a patio that opened up to grassy lawn...there is about 40 yards of grass before the golf course starts and it is at the start of a hole so you have a huge amount of space for kids to run around. If we had any issues whatsoever, Taj was immediately available to handle...there was 1 issue with a lock latch on a door and a handyman fixed it that day. This unit was a perfect fit for our family and we would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting Hualalai.

The Four Seasons is fantastic and this villa was a great way to enjoy it. We had everything we needed and Diana, the property manager, was very helpful whenever we reached out. We hope to come back soon.

Much needed getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After over 18months of cancelled trips and staying close to home, our time at the Fairway Villa was everything we hoped for! Mark was incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to find a rental car, the house was huge, clean and had everything we needed, and the beach was a short golf-cart ride away. We wouldn't have changed anything (aside from an accidental malfunction of the fire alarm at 4am, but Mark came right after we got in touch to rectify the situation).
