The Space:
Welcome to 1 Old Naval Laundry by Pure B.

The Millfield’s is an exclusive and prestigious development that was a former Royal Naval Hospital serving the Royal Navy from 1765 and from the Battle of Trafalgar to the Falkland’s. Set in 26 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds it is perfectly located for everything that Plymouth City Centre has to offer and only a short walk away. Equally, the fashionable Royal William Yard is only a 15 minute walk. With its wide selection of restaurants and boutique shops it also has stunning views of Plymouth Sound, Devil’s Point, the Tamar river and views across to Mount Edgecumbe.

Transport and Ferry links are numerous. Easy Ferry access to the Barbican, Mount Batten and Mount Edgecumbe Park. If travelling further the nearby Torpoint Ferry takes you into Cornwall and the wonderful beaches including Cawsand, Tregantle and Finnygook beaches along with Seaton and Looe. The area offers some superb surfing, walking, running and paddle boarding locations.

On entering the property you come into the bright, light and airy open plan Living and Dining area. Extremely comfortable sofa and dining table for 6 people.

There is a flight of stairs to the Master Bedroom with a Kingsize bed, sofa, chest of draws and with a bright light and airy feel.

Modern Kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bathroom with walk in shower and strong jet, WC and Wash hand basin and towel rail.

Bedroom 2 with a double bed, hanging rack and chair for relaxing.

From the living area the Mezzanine is accessed up the circular stairs. This has a sofa and armchair as well as a dedicated work station. The sofa easily converts to a double sofa bed for 2 people.

From an accessibility perspective the entrance is on the ground with 4 steps to the front door. The living, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom 2 are all located on the ground floor. Only the master bedroom and mezzanine have stairs to them.

It was a great location and close to everything we wanted to visit. Ideal for our 2 little dogs with lots of green spaces around. Felt very safe with security at site entrance. Lovely layout and accurate description of property. Spotless inside.Quick response from owner really helpful. Blinds not ideal as had to stand on chairs to reach cords to pull up or down ! Extreme heat during our visit so not possible to use Mezzanine which had TV and sofa bed . Upstairs bedroom hot!. It needs some fans to make this an ideal holiday stay . We would like to return. Thankyou
