The position of the property enables superb panoramic views over the virgin valley of Pylaros, Agia Efimia and the sea, the surrounding mountains and the small traditional villages. Two friendly traditional taverns with delicious Greek food are within walking distance from the villa (10 min walk). A supermarket and a bakery are just 5 min drive; Agia Efimia with further shops, restaurants and beaches and the spectacular Myrtos beach are 5 min easy drive from the villa.

The spacious interior measuring 270 m² is arranged over two floors.

On the 1st floor there is the master suite with super king size bed, 2 air conditioning/heating units, a walk-in wardrobe (with safe and kettle for that bedtime drink or early cup of tea/coffee) and en-suite bathroom with a luxury walk in shower, bath complete with shower attachment, WC, hairdryer, hair straighteners.

The sliding glass doors lead to a spacious furnished balcony with fantastic panoramic sea and mountain views. The shutters for this large window/door can be operated from the bedside and the sunrise is spectacular from this viewpoint.

A staircase made of marble leads to the ground floor.

Here are two further bedrooms: One bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning/heating unit and en-suite bathroom with a luxury walk in shower, WC, hairdryer, and one bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning/heating unit. In both bedrooms there are double French doors leading to the poolside with mountain views.

There is a third bathroom with a luxury walk in shower, WC, hairdryer, built-in cupboard with iron, ironing board, cleaning utensils and 2 beach umbrellas.

The living area is decorated in a minimal style and provides an “L” shape sofa arrangement with large footstool, wood burning fire, coffee table, TV bench and 2 air conditioning/heating units. Smart TV for internet viewing and listening compatible with your phone or tablet via blue tooth. A wine fridge is provided.

There is a large solid wood dining table complete with bench seat and 5 dining chairs, and 2 height adjustable bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Villa Portokalia benefits from a luxury 11 meters long infinity pool surrounded by planting and sun terraces. The several seating areas are equipped with comfortable cushions and provide both, sun and shade depending on the time of day. A non-slip tile has been used in the pool, around the pool, and on all exterior steps. The landscape design provides privacy.

A secluded veranda on the first floor, provides further seating facilities with superb views. There is a bench seating, cushions and umbrella with 2 sun loungers and a side table provided for your convenience.

The property is not suitable for toddlers and infants due to the landscape and architectural design.
