Modern apartment with canal view in the historic center of Venice located on the first floor two minutes from Piazza San Marco and five minutes from the Rialto Bridge, we are in the most exclusive position in all of Venice. The apartment consists of a large living room with dining table and complete kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. On request 2 additional bed spaces (sofa bed). The unit was very charming located very close to St Mark's square making it possible to roam the city but get back for a change of clothing or quick rest. The kitchen was well equipped although we mostly ate out with the exception of breakfast. Very clean and having two beds and two baths made it perfect for us. All the sheets and towels were great. The mattresses were a bit thin and felt worn, but we all still slept well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to others.

Great location

This location was great. Interesting little back ally felt like a local's place. Windows open to a small canal, which helped with the local feel. Decent amount of space, decent kitchen, clean throughout. Very easy walk to everything that you plan to see. Communication with the host was bumpy, but eventually worked out fine, and I think they were trying their best.

Great location, clean(ish) unit and a nice view of the canal. The unit has no extra items included- no trash bags even though you’re told to take the trash out, no dish soap, no dish washer soap, no shampoo, etc. Bring your bug spray because we were eaten alive IN the unit at night, it’s on the water so that makes sense. The management company was great to deal with, they walk you to the flat and explain everything.

Everything about the apt is great. We do believe someone watched us and broke in while we were gone and stole our US DOLLARS. There was someone who knocked on the door when three of us were out and when the one who stayed behind asked who it was they left abruptly. Later that same day we were robbed. Owners blamed us and didn’t believe us. We never took our American money out with us and the one wallet was laying on top of suitcase instead of in it when we returned.

Nice location, a bit noisy

Nice to be close to St Mark's square. The Canal is a bit busy and noisy at night. Big rooms. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Kitchen was sparse. Electric tea kettle has a lot of hard water build up and shower heads were moldy.

Spacious

Good location close to San Marco, shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms were good size and helpful to have two full bathrooms for our family of five. No coffee, but two waters in fridge, lots of towels, sheets and toilet paper. Used washing machine and drying rack. Great view to canal through three windows. Key was hard to use in front door but we got it to work after several tries.

Nice apt off the beaten path

Good communication prior to check-in. Really helpful description and photos to find it. Air conditioning wasn't working when we got there, and there was no good guidance for operating the units. A couple calls and messages led to a technician coming out. Problem fixed. Also the flush panel in one bathroom was broken, and the info in the welcome booklet was out of date. Not luxurious, but very clean. Great location. Nice views directly on a canal, although it got noisy at times.
