Maple, a single-storey pod, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, decking, furniture and fire pit, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles and a pub in 1.8 miles. Head to rural Dorset with a stay at Maple. Note: The patio area is not enclosed, and has steps for access. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Initial supply for the fire pit only.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. It was in an ideal location for visiting the area and very peaceful. The host was very friendly and had thought of all the little details from luxury toiletries in the bathroom to tissues in the bedroom and items for our dog. There is only a very small shop in Wootton Fitzpaine, so we did have to drive into Charmouth, Seatown or Lyme Regis for a pub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and highly recommend.
