We had a lovely time at the Old Dairy.
We had a lovely time at the Old Dairy. It’s a great location to explore Dorset, being 25 mins or so from Poole and Bournemouth beaches and within touching distance of the new forest. It’s quiet and the owners are great. We’d highly recommend it.

Warm and cosy base to explore East Dorset.
Warm and cosy base to explore East Dorset. Almost too warm at night even on a cold January weekend! Great showers. Nice kitchen/living space etc for two couples or family. Good location if you’re happy to drive places. Space on site to walk a dog if required. Although near a main road it was quite peaceful..Hosts welcoming.

Lovely holiday accommodation.
Lovely holiday accommodation. The only improvement I would suggest is an area fenced at the front so that if you have a dog you can have the patio doors and front door open when its hot without having to have your dog tied up all the time.

This is our second visit this year.
This is our second visit this year. The accommodation is so warm and cosy and has everything you need. Last visit I commented about not having a hairdryer, this visit they now have two, one in each bedroom. The bathrooms have body wash and shampoo; the kitchen has washing up liquid and soap detergent for the washer. It was my birthday and they left a bottle of fizz, a cake and card.. very thoughtful. The location is ideal for Poole, Bournemouth and other beaches and the new forest. Lots of very nice restaurants around Wimborne. The Willets was great for Sunday lunch. But if you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen has everything including a slow cooker! It’s nice to stay in a place that has been kitted out with quality items, it makes it all that it more special
