The only positives for this property are its great location and very spacious rooms. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and way too many items in the property were broken. To give a few examples, the cushions were stained, the wallpaper was badly ripped in one room, velux windows, radiators and drapes were very dirty, the toilet was leaking, the aircon made strange noises, the doors were creaky and had to be pushed open, sound insulation is non existent, plugs are few and far between, the terrace light did not work, one duvet was ripped, there's mould in the bathroom, to name but a few of the many issues. Photos attached for most of these as proof.
The water boiler keeps erroring and needs resetting else it stops heating water. A sign on it tells the client they should not touch it and should instead call for support. Absolutely unacceptable to have to call in the middle of a shower for a property charging £400/night. The building is old and there are cracks in the walls and floor but that's understandable for Venice.
