Well equipped kitchen, flat panel Televisions, digital cable and included wi-fi keep you well connected. Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway.

An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island.

You can either rent this unit (South side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1241538 (North side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

The stylish fenced backyard makes this small dog friendly property a true hidden treasure.

The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation. The location is perfect and the ocean view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. The host was very responsive and we had no issues.

Property was different from anticipated except for beach access which was very good. Parking and access in and out were somewhat difficult. Unit was too close to busy street. Internal layout was strange and stairs were dangerous. The last 3 days were noisy with a barking dog in the adjacent unit. When we told the people that the dog barked constantly when they were out, their response was very negative and they claimed they had been coming there for 10 years.

Having stayed at this location several years ago we found the description of the property to be accurate and that there had been several upgrades. It was pleasant, well appointed and the host was willing to not only start our stay early on the day of our arrival but willing to grant a small exception that we requested. We would highly recommend this property.

Martha, the host, is always available to answer questions and she gets right back to you, so that is wonderful. The place is so comfortable beds are great, all appliances work great-no problems with anything.The very best part is being able to bring my dogs, they’re safe in the fenced yard and I love having them with me. They are very comfortable here. The view oh my goodness it’s Fantastic and the beach is so clean everyday . Love this place!

This is a beautifully located slice of heaven, it’s so nice to be able to bring my dogs, they had as much fun as I did. The beach was beautiful and very well cleaned up daily with a big machine thingy, making it just beautiful and smooth.the place was very well stocked, I didn’t need to do without anything. The beds were comfortable ac worked great.I really enjoyed my stay and will want to go back, and stay longer!
