WOW! BEAUTIFUL 2 BED/2 BATH CONDO WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS AND WALKABLE TO TOWN!

This upstairs, two bedroom, two bathroom condo is bright, beautiful and feels like home. Oh, and you can't miss the mountain views from the verandas or by simply looking out any window. Are you a walker? If so, everything Palm Springs has to offer is just a short walk from this condo, including great restaurants of almost any type, massages, music, museums, mountain hikes!

Most condos in the Casa Verde complex are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units and are nicely arranged but this 2/2 unit will take your Palm Springs pleasure to a new level. The second bedroom door is 72" wide and opens to the dining/living room area of the condo, giving the space an open feel. Moreover, the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable (seriously) sleeper sofa, giving the option of using it as a second bedroom when you have visitors or using it as a second living area if someone needs a time out.

Guests will also appreciate that the kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything you may need to prepare meals at home when not out sampling the local cuisine.

We provide generous starter supplies of all essentials, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, other cleaning supplies, etc.

Really enjoyed our month-long stay ay Kurt and Phil's condo. The place is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The overall property is pleasing - very nice pools and tennis courts. Location is good - a 20 minute walk gets you pretty much anywhere you want to go in downtown Palm Springs. Hosts were easy to communicate with - you can't go wrong with these guys or their rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at this condo in Palm Springs. The location is walkable to downtown and a short drive to several great hiking trails. The owners, Kurt and Phil, welcomed us on our arrival and responded quickly to any questions we had throughout our stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and well equipped with anything one might need. We hope to return!

AWESOME!

I can't say enough great things about this property. Perfect location, great decor, exception hosts, EVERYTHING you can need for a long stay - I was there for a month. The community is fabulous - two pools, tennis, hot tubs. And the views - for me it is all about the views and this place had them. Until I'm finally able to buy a place out there, this will be the place I will always want to stay.

Great location. Easy walk to downtown. Best appointed condo of any we've used in 10 years of staying in Palm Springs. Very friendly complex. They have a happy hour every Wednesday by the pool where everyone brings their own drinks and an appetizer to share.. Owners are great and very quick to reply if you have a problem. We'll be back.

Perfect Vacation Condo

We just finished spending two months in this lovely condo and it was 100% perfect. You really need to see it in person to appreciate the space, light and decorating. You won't want to leave! It is extremely well stocked with dishes, small appliances, bedding, towels, etc. Perfect condo for two couples to share. The neighbours are friendly, the grounds are lovely and the pools and tennis courts are well maintained. Great location. This was our fourth year staying in the Casa Verde complex and our third year renting from Kurt and Phil who are extremely personable and terrific owners. We know that we will be returning!

Location, location, location

My husband and I stayed for a month at Kurt and Phil’s stylish and comfortable condo in the heart of Palm Springs, walking distance to downtown. This condo has everything we needed during our stay and our hosts were always available and quick to answer any questions. The bed in master bedroom is very comfortable, the air conditioning works really well, the kitchen has everything needed when cooking at home. There is also a BBQ on the patio which is fairly new and in great working order. There are 2 pools at this complex and they were never too crowded. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who likes to be close to restaurants and coffee shops but also centrally located and an easy drive to liking trails and all the attractions in and around Palm Springs.

Amazing hosts

The condo is decorated very nicely with a high ceiling in the main living area so is very light and bright. It was the best provisioned rental we have ever stayed in - more supplies than we would ever expect, lovely linens, lots of kitchen stuff and the appliances were all very good. There was even a welcome basket with goodies and a bottle of wine. There were 2 nice robes in the bathroom. Only down side to the kitchen is that it is very narrow so if more than 1 person is in the kitchen it is a bit of a dance to move around. The second bedroom is set up with a sofa bed with a blow up mattress that isn't really useable for 2 people - best for only 1 person. The outdoor spaces are both very small and have no umbrellas (the overhangs do not allow for them) so are not useable when they are in full sun. However, the pool is a short walk away and is very nice with a view of the mountains. It is long enough to swim laps in. The people who live and rent in the complex are really friendly. There is even a happy hour for all every Friday. The hosts also own the unit below this one and are there frequently so are available to handle any issues in person. We did have a few minor issues which they dealt with promptly. They even invited us for cocktails early in our stay. You can walk to Palm Canyon, the main drag, in 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

A modern, very nicely furnished condo equipped with everything in a very convenient location.

Everything about this rental was perfect. Precise directions from Kurt meant that finding the unit and getting in was very easy, and his binder of information fully explained how everything functioned and provided as well a lot of excellent and up-to-date information about the area. The condo obviously had been recently modernized in the best taste, with almost new appliances in the kitchen, which was otherwise equipped with everything one might need for cooking and serving even an elaborate meal. It was also perfect for sharing with a friend, or even another couple, with a totally separate area for them which includes bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. Kurt has specified in advance that the second sleeping area had a sleep sofa, but it was as comfortable as a regular bed, and my friend did indeed find it so. Moreover, it had already been made-up as a bed for us, after having let Kurt know that a friend would be sleeping there. The complex was also nicely equipped and landscaped and, moreover, we found the other residents, whether owners or vacationers, welcoming, interesting and fun people. We loved the location: It's a short drive from everything including trails for the hikes we love to do in the area, downtown is only a 15 minute walk away, and the adjoining "Movie Colony," neighborhood was excellent for exercise walks. For relaxing when not at the pool, it was wonderful to sit on the unit's private deck, with a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. We enjoyed the condo and our stay there so much that we really hope we can rent it again another winter.

Beyond Excellent Extended Stay!

My spouse and I stayed in Kurt and Phil's condo for six-plus months while our home was being renovated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is just as described plus a whole lot more! Saying it has "everything you need" is an understatement. You literally don't need anything but clothes and a toothbrush, even for a long stay. The grounds and pool are great. It's a safe property with kind and friendly neighbors. The balconies were lovely. We bbq'ed several nights a week - the efficient and dependable propane bbq works like a charm. Mostly, we appreciated Kurt and Phil who were super responsive (almost shockingly so). It's like they're sitting by their cell phones in case you have to reach out with a question. They and their condo deserve 100 stars!

EXCELLENT property!

Such a great stay - mainly due to the fact that Kurt and Phil were so wonderful to work with. But outside of that - the unit is wonderful, has everything you could possible need (and then some), and the location is amazing! Strongly recommended. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again if the possibility arises - truly a wonderful property and experience from start to finish.
