Rent recent holiday, sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. 2 toilets. Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, hood, convection oven and microwave). Excellent condition. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large garden with terrace, barbecue, swing. House located in a dead end, safety for children, quiet housing estate on the edge of pine forest (all rooms have a view of the forest), close to the town including all shops (700 meters) and bike paths in the middle of the Landes pine. House located 9 km from the beach of Cap de l'Homy. Shuttle service to the beach in July and August from the town. Provision of bicycles of various sizes. Baby equipment possible. Bed linen and towels on demand.

Sehr großzĂŒgig geschnittenes und auch sehr umfĂ€nglich ausgestattetes, freistehendes Ferienhaus. Nette BegrĂŒĂŸung mit Wein und Pastete. Zweites, außen liegendes gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer war sehr praktisch, wenn man vom Strand zurĂŒck kam.Drei FahrrĂ€der standen zur freien VerfĂŒgung.Nicht so gut und verbesserungswĂŒrdig:Das Ferienhaus war nicht komplett sauber ĂŒbergeben worden. Im Bad hing eine Schalter-/Steckdosenkombination aus der Wand. Die Markise ist durch eine Windboe herunter gerissen worden und das HaustĂŒrschloss lies sich nur nach mehreren Versuchen auf- oder abschließen. Der KĂŒhlgefrierschrank lies sich nicht regulieren (Dauerfrost).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. 15 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist ein großes GrundstĂŒck mit Terasse, Grill und Trampolin und Schaukeln. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Sehr geeignet fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier schöne zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Check-In war sehr unkompliziert. Es gibt einen wunderbaren, großen Garten der komplett umzĂ€unt ist. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine sehr schöne Grillstelle mit beschattetem Sitzbereich. Hier befindet sich auch eines der zwei BĂ€der. Der Strand ist in wenigen Autominuten erreicht und auch GeschĂ€fte sind in der unmittelbaren NĂ€he. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Waldrand und trotzdem ist das Ortszentrum in Gehentfernung.

Ausgezeichnete Basis fĂŒr Familienurlaub

Man merkt dem Haus an, dass es keine professionell vermietete Immobilie ist, sondern privat vermietet wird. Das ist aber kein Nachteil. Vielmehr kommt man in einem Ferienhaus an, das genĂŒgend Platz und RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr eine gesamte Familie bietet. Sowohl in den eigentlichen RĂ€umen wie auch rund um das Haus gibt es viele Ecken, in denen man sich aufhalten und „verziehen“ kann. Der Garten ist rund ums Haus mit Gras bewachsen und hat einige BĂ€ume, die Schatten spenden. Neben der „SommerkĂŒche“ gibt es ein zweites Bad, das mit seiner zweiten Dusche insbesondere das Ankommen nach StrandgĂ€ngen vereinfacht. ErgĂ€nzend gibt es auch eine WaschkĂŒche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Platz zum Handtuchtrocknen etc. Lit-et-Mixe selbst liegt etwas von der eigentlichen AtlantikkĂŒste zurĂŒckgesetzt. Der Strand ist aber leicht mit dem Fahrrad ĂŒber gute Fahrradwege (9km), Auto oder im Juli/August dem öffentlichen und kostenlosen Strandbus zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen Super U, BĂ€cker, Restaurants und unterschiedliche MĂ€rkte. Sandrine als Vermieterin war immer fĂŒr uns erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub in SĂŒdfrankreich am Atlantik verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Dieses Haus ist ideal fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub in Frankreichs SĂŒdwesten.

Merveilleux

Maison tout confort, au calme et trĂšs bien situĂ©e (proche de l'ocĂ©an et des commerces) qui permet de passer un excellent sĂ©jour. La proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la forĂȘt de pins et des pistes cyclables va beaucoup nous manquer. De nombreuses activitĂ©s aux alentours pour toute la famille dans un environnement naturel et trĂšs bien prĂ©servĂ©. Nous remercions la propriĂ©taire de ce petit paradis pour son accueil.

Grande maison dans un lotissement au calme

Nous avons passés 2 nuitées dans cette grande maison trÚs bien équipée. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour sa souplesse pour l horaire d arrivée et de départ. La maison est située proche d un bourg et à quelques km de la mer. La literie est agréable excepté le clic clac. En résumé je vous conseille la maison.

Cette maison est trĂšs agreable, hyper propre,trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e c'est simple, il y a TOUT, et surtout de grands placards ce qui est trĂšs pratique,les matelas sont trĂšs bons, la proprietaire avait dit vrai, les petits oiseaux sont lĂ  pour nous rĂ©veiller le matin , La proximitĂ© du bourg et son petit marchĂ© tous les jours hyper sympa. Quant Ă  la plage elle est magnifique , vacances de rĂȘve. maison Ă  relouer sans hĂ©sitation.

Calme et fonctionnelle

La maison est calme et fonctionnelle. les chambres sont bien séparées des piÚces à vivre, ce qui est trÚs appréciable avec des enfants. Nous avons aussi pu profiter des vélos (merci beaucoup !) et la piste cyclable est vraiment juste à cÎté de la maison. le bourg est accessible à pied et il y a un petit marché tous les matins en été. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la cuisine d'été. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location, notamment pour des familles (nous étions 2 familles avec enfants) !

Un paradis dans les Landes

Dans un cadre exceptionnel en lisiĂšre de la forĂȘt des Landes,et trĂšs proche de l'ocĂ©an ce lieu nous Ă  permis de passer un moment idĂ©al en famille et entre amis. La maison est spacieuse, Ă©quipĂ©e de tous le confort nĂ©cessaire (mieux qu' Ă  la maison!!); nous avons pu profiter de sa grande terrasse avec barbecue gĂ©ant, de la possibilitĂ© de balades en forĂȘt, d'un village"GAULOIS LANDAIS " typique et dotĂ© de tous les commerces et services de proximitĂ©s nĂ©cessaires. Nos surfeurs ont Ă©tĂ© bien servis pendant que nous avons bien fait la sieste sur le sable blanc. Profitez comme nous de cet endroit charmant et reposant.

Vacances merveilleuses

Maison trÚs agréable, lumineuse, trÚs bien entretenue avec le confort d'une maison chaleureuse, trÚs bonne literie, tout y est et encore plus pour réussir des vacances en pleine nature et proche de l'océan. Plages sauvages idéales pour le surf, les balades en bord de mer, le centre de lit et mixe est adorable et on y trouve tout.
