FANTASTIC LOFT STYLE DUPLEX IN BARCELONA - New at Vrbo
Cozy and comfortable 100m2 Loft style duplex apartment in Barcelona, with capacity for 7 people.
This New York style apartment with high ceilings and open spaces is perfect for trips with family, couples, friends and / or work.
The space has been recently renovated and is fully equipped so you won't lack anything: fast WIFI connection, Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon video, YouTube, etc), board games (Chess, Checkers, Parcheesi, Dice, Dominoes, Poker, Spanish deck game, UNO card game, DOS card game...), books and magazines, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea set, and a nice fully equipped open kitchen.
If you are traveling with a small child, let us know and we will prepare a crib for them to sleep like at home. There are also toys for the little ones.
Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels are provided for all guests, as well as towels for going to the beach.
With its quiet streets and cozy atmosphere, Poble Sec represents an ideal place to visit the city.
This apartment is located in a modernist style building from the early twentieth century, at the foot of the wonderful mountain of Montjuic, in the neighborhood of Poble Sec. It is newly furnished and decorated, and we have fully equipped so that you do not lack anything and feel at home.
With independent access from the street, it has two levels:
- At street level is the main living room with high ceilings and very bright, followed by a great American kitchen and a dining room with a table for up to ten people. At the back, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite.
- At the top of the stairs we find another pleasant living room, which can be used as a bedroom thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed and an extra single bed, and a work area with a desk. Another double bedroom with 2 single beds and a second independent full bathroom complete the upper floor.
Please note:
- The apartment is located at street level, with independent entrance from the street. The apartment has an electronic lock. A few days before your arrival, you will receive a code to check-in.
- Security cameras
We have a security system installed in the apartment. We only activate it after the guests check out. During your stay, the cameras and motion sensors are totally deactivated. If you wish, you can cover the cameras for your peace of mind.
- The Barcelona City Council tourist tax is 6,25€ per person/night, for the first 7 nights, and is applicable to guests 16 years of age and older.
- The city government requires a photocopy of the Identity Card or Passport of all guests staying, which must be sent to us before your arrival.
- If you need information on how to get to the apartment, from the airport, the port or the train station, do not hesitate to ask us for it.
- A few days before your arrival, we will send you a guide of the house in pdf with extensive information about the apartment, places of interest to visit in the city, services, and a wide recommendation of restaurants near the apartment.
== HOUSE RULES ==
There is no better feeling than feeling at home, that is why we expect all our guests to be respectful and take care of our house as if it were their own...
For this we ask you to follow the following house rules:
1. -BE RESPECTFUL
Keep the property in good condition.
2.- NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden, even on the interior veranda.
3.- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties in the apartment are strictly forbidden.
The property has a noise device that warns us (and the guests) when the usual noise levels are exceeded (the device does not record). The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighboring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any time of the day. If any type of noise-related infraction occurs after 22:00 hours, it could result not only in a warning in person, but also in a fine of 300 EUR and possible eviction.
4.- REGISTERED GUESTS
Only people registered in your Airbnb booking can stay in the apartment.
5.- KEYS
Please keep the keys with you at all times. Loss of keys will result in a charge of 200 EUR.
6.- SAVE ENERGY AND WATER
Please close the windows when using the air conditioning and turn it off when not in use.
Turn off the lights when you are not at home.
Save water when showering, it is a limited resource.
7.- ACCIDENTS
Guests are fully responsible for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the apartment or on the premises.
8.- PETS
Pets are not allowed.
