Beautiful spacious villa, needs a car and susceptible to Lanzarote’s wind

Great relaxing stay in a beautiful villa but definitely needs a car or be prepared to taxi 10 minutes into resort. The elevated position means the views are great, although it also means you’re fully exposed to the wind!

Tolle Lage

Wir waren zu 5. In der Unterkunft und hatten super viel Platz. Der erste Eindruck von außen war leider nicht der Beste. Die Fassade um den Pool und im Außenbereich war schon etwas am bröckeln. Das hat uns bei unserem Aufenthalt aber nicht weiter gestört, da der Rest eigentlich sehr sauber war. Drinnen war auch alles sehr sauber bis auf das Geschirr das war leider sehr dreckig, wohl von den Vormietern. Im ganzen war aber unser Aufenthalt super schön und wir haben es genossen.

Vielen Dank für euer Feedback. Wir hatten festgestellt, dass die Fassade um den Pool herum zu bröckeln begann. Leider hatten wir aufgrund von lückenlosen Buchungen der Villa keine freien Tage, um die Reparaturarbeiten zu planen. Wir haben den 3. bis 9. Mai 2025 reserviert, um die Reparaturarbeiten durchführen zu lassen. Bitte entschuldigt das schmutzige Geschirr. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir jemanden vorbeigeschickt, um dieses Versehen zu beheben. Wir freuen uns, dass ihr euren Aufenthalt in Joelle insgesamt genossen habt und hoffen, dass wir euch in Zukunft wieder helfen können, wenn ihr nach Lanzarote zurückkehrt. Angenehmes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Check In waren angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber und die Schlafräume mit den angeschlossenen Bädern waren komfortabel. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet! Der Pool war gut temperiert und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Joelle sehr genossen.
