Villa Can Cladera is located in a wonderful location just 100 metres away from the beatiful sandy beaches of Playas de Muro. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found around the area, making this one of the most convenient locations. The Albufera nature park is less than 400 metres away from the property.

Despite it's close proximity to the sea, the villa also benefits from a private pool for those seeking their own space, with a purpose built BBQ and an alfresco dinning area.

The villa itself has a maximum capacity for 6 guests, distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and also distributed in two floors. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which has recently been fitted with a modern walk in shower. You will also find the fully equipped kitchen area, with all necessary items to ensure that you have everything that you need for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, and the loung/diner area, equipped with comfortable seating area with dining table and chairs, Satelite Tv and DVD player. Going up the spiral staircase, on the first floor, there is the third bedroom, which is ensuite and has it's own balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Mallorca. The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool was fantastic—our kids absolutely loved it. One of the biggest advantages was the location. Being just one block from the beach made it incredibly easy to walk back and forth throughout the day, whether we wanted to swim, grab lunch, or take a break from the sun.The only suggestion I would make is to add an air conditioning unit in the living room or, at a minimum, provide a few fans for the common areas. During the summer, the living room and kitchen become very warm, making it difficult to comfortably spend time there without any airflow. We requested a fan during our stay but unfortunately did not receive a response. Interestingly, the house does have five portable heaters, which would likely be more useful during the cooler months than in the summer.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for families looking for a great pool and easy beach access.

We absolute loved our end of season stay at Villa Cladera. The property felt like a bit of a gamble as it had no reviews being new to the market, but we are so glad we went for it. 2 minutes walk from what felt like one of the quietest spots of the most beautiful beach perfect for children because of the long shallows and crystal clear water. The property was cool, bright and really comfortable- much bigger than we were expecting and really well equipped. We found the repurposed garage space really handy for keeping washing and cases out of sight. The kitchen was really well equipped ( it had everything except butter knives!) and the upstairs balcony is huge and a sun trap. The kids loved the pool and it was bigger and deeper ( 1.4m) than expected leading to the invention of lots of fun games, but worth knowing if travelling with non swimmers. It’s also worth noting that the stairs up to the bedroom on the top floor are quite steep and wouldn’t be suitable for young kids or those with mobility issues. The host company were incredibly helpful- flexible with arrival and deparure times as they didn’t have anyone coming in and leaving a really generous welcome package of food and drink meaning we didn’t need to go to the shop on the first day. We drove and used the parking space on the property but we noticed bus stops very near by. We would absolutely book again and miss it already!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Cladera. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Das Haus war wie auf den angegebenenen Bildern geråumig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Den einzigen Minuspunkt geben wir dem Pool. Es wird auf einem Schild angezeigt, dass man darin nicht tauchen soll.Der Service vor Ort war super und auch im Vorfeld hat alles bestens funktioniert.Top!LGFamilie Gilsing
