New studio of 27 m2 in the quiet villa 2.5 km from the beach and the town center directly accessible from the bike path.
The proximity of the forest, footpath awaits you out of the studio, you will oxygenation in nature.

Récent, propre et bien placé pour rayonner sur bassin d'Arcachon. Pour 1 ou 2 personnes max.

Studio récent et propre (ça sentait un peu le détergent à mon arrivée, mais odeur rapidement dissipée en ouvrant) et je mettrais une poubelle avec couvercle dans la cuisine. Adapté pour 2 personnes max. Bien placé, central sur bassin d'Arcachon. Une fenêtre en vis à vis avec propriétaire mais ce dernier est très discret et sympa.

Un très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce studio au mois de mars et nous avons été ravi! Le propriétaire est très agréable et il est de bon conseil pour faire découvrir la région. Le studio est très lumineux, très facile de stationnement pour une voiture et il y a une terrasse privative certainement très agréable à la belle saison. A notre prochain passage nous retournerons séjourner ici avec plaisir!

Très bon séjour

L'accueil que nous avons reçu de Didier est très chaleureux et sympathique .Didier a été discret pendant notre séjour tout en restant présent pour nous conseiller.Nous avons passé un super séjour du 19 au 26 aout 2017 dans un endroit calme et reposant.Le gîte est confortable et correspond bien à l annonce.Nous avons aimé la région et il nous reste encore beaucoup de choses a découvrir. Je pense que nous reviendrons à Andernos et que nous réserverons à nouveau ce gîte.Nous recommandons cette location Merci Didier et a bientôt peut être . Thierry et Sylviane

Très bon séjour

Studio très lumineux situé dans un endroit très calme mais à quelques minutes seulement (en voiture ou en vélo) du centre ville, ce qui est très pratique pour profiter des animations et des restaurants. La terrasse est vraiment un plus. La banquette-lit a un matelas très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, toujours présent en cas besoin mais néanmoins très discret. Ne pas hésiter à lui demander conseil, il connait bien la région. Nous avons apprécié les restaurants recommandés. Si nous retournons un jour dans la région nous saurons où aller ! Joëlle et Bruno
