AREA Located in a prime central area, right in the heart of Funchal, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Mercado dos Lavradores and the Old Town. From here, you can easily explore the city’s main attractions, such as the Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, and more. The 'La Vie' shopping centre, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket, is also just 10 minutes away on foot.
PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Schönes, sauberes Apartment in ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir wurden von Betty herzlich empfangen, die uns alles ausführlich erklärt hat. Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Apartment ist mit allen notwendigsten Dingen ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos auch länger als eine Woche dort wohnen kann. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Für unser Mietauto stand ein eigener Garagenplatz zur Verfügung, der bereits im Preis inkludiert war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, hell und gut ausgestattet inkl. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Hervorzuheben ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, welche jedoch leider sehr eng ist, aber man ist trotzdem sehr froh ihn zu haben. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und uns wurde alles wichtige gezeigt. Lediglich die Lautstärke des Kühlschranks war zeitweise etwas störend.
