Room had 2 beds, however the entry stairs had ripped carpet, stains, smelled terrible. Once inside the rooms, it was obvious that this was just a place to rent to make money, not to provide a clean place to stay. No shower curtain, which over time allowed floor to soak up water and most of the bathroom, entry was swollen and felt like you were going to fall through floor when using toilet. Peeling pain, extremely dirty walls, and cabinets falling apart. Only positive side was new keycode entry system that worked great.
